During the level’s creation, Burgadahz had decorated two sections of the level (Technically one of his part is still in the official level). But he leaked Aeternus—a different project that icedcave was involved with. That leak upset icedcave a lot, so he removed one of Burgadahz’s sections from GRIEF and replaced it with a new part decorated by Greafer.
