Wipe them with a wet cloth, dry them then roast them in a pan. Put Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds & Curry Leaves. Roast them all. Keep them for cooling down & put them in a mixer jar, put Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, Asafoetida then grinds them all. Rasam Premix will get ready. Take some Premix in a bowl, put Water & keep it aside. Take some Tomatoes, make cuts in them & boil them. Remove their skin, take some Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili & make a paste. In a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Dry Whole Red Chilies, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder & Tomato Paste. Cook it then put Red Chili Powder, Salt, Water & some Tamarind Pulp. Put Rasam Premix & cook it. Garnish some Coriander Leaves. For Vada, take some Urad Dal, soak it & grind it. Whisk it well then put Ginger, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Salt & Asafoetida. Mix them & check the consistency in water. Fry the Vadas & serve the Hot Rasam with Crispy Vadas.
