We tried a healthier version of chicken tenders - air fried chicken tenders! This recipe is absolutely delicious, super easy, and loved by all. Nathan and Jess also made some homemade black eyed peas and some cornbread. After a month of scheduling conflicts, we are so glad to be back to filming our Cooking with Nathan series! Air Fried Chicken Tenders 1 pound chicken tenders 1 tablespoon honey Pinch salt Freshly ground black pepper ½ cup soft fresh bread crumbs 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 carrots, sliced 12 small red potatoes In a medium bowl, toss the chicken tenders with the honey, salt, and pepper. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, thyme, and olive oil, and mix. Coat the tenders in the bread crumbs, pressing firmly onto the meat. Place the carrots and potatoes in the air fryer basket and top with the chicken tenders. Air fry at 425 for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked to 165°F and the vegetables are tender, shaking the basket halfway during the cooking time. Welcome to our page!
