There are many factors to poor posture. Today we are going to discuss, and go over how to fix, tightness in the pectoralis minor and pectoralis major (clavicular portion) muscles. Fascial adhesion (scar tissue) build up in these 2 muscles can often result in the shoulders to round forward and the chest to "cave in". Using a spikey massage ball, I demonstrate how to perform myofascial release techniques to the pec minor and major muscles.
