We have once again made a road trip and made this full video with a rider POV covering the entire National Route 815 and highlights the Transcentral Highway or TCH from Cebu City to Balamban. The National Route 815 is part of the Philippine Highway Network system that connects Cebu City and Balamban passing through the mountaineous Central Cebu Protected Landscape which aims to boost tourism and trade. This route also has key road components include Juan Luna Avenue - Eastern Terminus), Pope John Paul Avenue, Salinas Drive, Veterans Drive ( From Jct. Salinas Drive x Gorordo Avenue to Balamban Boundary Arch) and the Cebu-Balamban Transcentral Highway (From Balamban Boundary Arch to Antonio Y. De Pio Highway | Route 820 - Western Terminus). This route is shared between the jurisdictions of DPWH Cebu Cebu City DEO and 3rd DEO and were responsible for building, maintaining the highway route to its drivable and safe condition. This route is very famous and trending in the city and province of Cebu by motorists showcasing scenic views, mountainous terrain, sharp curves, steep uphill and downhill surfaces. It also has dangerous spots like ravine areas, damaged road sections and road work obstructions which requires extreme caution while taking this highway.
