Children’s stories of the war (Tennis Players) | 1 episode | Polina Tetlova

"Children's War Stories: Tennis Players is a journalistic project by Nikita Opry, with the support of the charity foundation "Children - Victims of the War" and the BTU portal. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, every child in Ukraine has been affected by the war. Some have lost their loved ones and relatives, some have been physically injured and sustained serious trauma, some have suffered psychologically, and all children have had their happy and carefree childhood taken away from them. Children are the future of the state. The future of children depends on their mental and physical health, on their development and opportunities to live a full and happy life. The aim of the project is to showcase the stories of talented children tennis players during the war who, despite all the difficulties, continue to do what they love and demonstrate their resilience and professionalism.
