Our last day in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Philippines 🇵🇭

So sad our vacation again comes to an end in The Philippines. It wasn’t long enough and we are already counting the days till we come back to the motherland and never have to leave. We got up early to check out of our Air BnB and headed for the airport. We are lucky enough to have lounge access at the airport so we killed 4hrs eating, drinking and chilling till we were ready to board our flight home. Brian is lucky he can sleep anywhere but I don’t like planes so I was wide awake through most of it. When we landed we still had a 6 hour drive home which took us an extra 2 hours longer than normal because of the thick fog and snow and ice on the roads. Got home 12:30am Vancouver time which was already 4:30pm the next day after we left the Philippines. Crawled into bed around 1:30am and of course couldn’t sleep. My alarm went off 3.5 hours later as I had to start my first day back at work. Yes, I felt like a zombie all day. Did not enjoy coming home to the cold weather when we had been soaking up the sun and the warm weather for weeks before. We are on count down again already for our next visit to my motherland. Hoping to keep the videos coming and we hope you will continue to watch even though it won’t be videos of beautiful Philippines. Until next time, stay safe, stay warm.
