Inside Our Latest Toowong Residence | Brisbane Interior Design This recently completed project in Toowong, one of Brisbane’s most leafy and established suburbs, began with a thoughtful architectural extension to a much-loved character home. The living areas were raised to capture sweeping views toward the Brisbane River, opening the home beautifully to the backyard and natural light. Referred by the project architect, we were engaged to furnish the newly extended spaces while carefully integrating existing pieces the family already owned. Our clients — busy healthcare professionals with two teenage children — wanted calm, cohesive interiors grounded in neutral tones. Warm reds were firmly off the list. Instead, we layered soft textures, gentle contrast and tactile upholstery designed for everyday family life (including one very particular small dog). Using 3D visualisation, staged procurement and access to wholesale and custom suppliers, we guided the family through confident decision-making for major furniture investments — ensuring every piece felt intentional and lasting.
