❤️ Mini Heart Churros with Chocolate Sauce #churros #minichurros #heartdessert #chouxpastry #chocolatesauce #valentinesdessert #homebaking #dessertvideo Crispy mini churros piped into heart shapes, fried until golden and served with silky milk chocolate sauce ✨ Crunchy outside, soft inside, and perfectly sweet — cute, romantic, and dangerously addictive. ⸻ 🍩 Ingredients (makes about 30–35 mini churros) Choux Pastry (Churros Dough) • Milk — 120 g (½ cup) • Water — 120 g (½ cup) • Unsalted butter — 95–100 g (7 tbsp) • Sugar — 16 g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) • Fine salt — 5–6 g (1 tsp) • All-purpose flour — 145 g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) • Eggs — 160 g (about 3 large eggs + 1–2 tbsp, add gradually) Chocolate Sauce • Milk chocolate — 100 g • Heavy cream (30–36%) — 70–80 g For Frying & Finishing • Vegetable oil — for frying • Granulated sugar — for coating • (Optional) Cinnamon — to taste ⸻ 👩🍳 Instructions Choux Pastry 1. In a saucepan, combine milk, water, butter, sugar, and salt. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat until butter is fully melted. 3. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until a smooth dough forms and pulls away from the sides. 4. Cook the dough for 1–2 minutes to dry it slightly. 5. Transfer to a bowl and let cool for 5 minutes. 6. Add eggs gradually, mixing well after each addition, until the dough is smooth, glossy, and pipeable. 7. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Shaping & Frying 1. Heat oil to 170–175°C / 340–350°F. 2. Pipe small heart shapes onto parchment paper. 3. Carefully lower churros into hot oil (paper will release). 4. Fry for 2-3 minutes, turning, until deep golden and crisp. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. 6. Roll warm churros in sugar (add cinnamon if desired). Chocolate Sauce 1. Heat cream until hot but not boiling. 2. Pour over chopped milk chocolate. 3. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and glossy. 4.
