PCNL Live case using Alkan metal dilators

Having just done over 1000 PCNLs I thought it was about time I got around to editing this video footage we took last year during our annual PCNL course at the Freeman hospital in Newcastle. There will be two cases (eventually). I did this first case whilst my colleague (Dr John Reicher) worked the camera. I was talking to the audience who were in a lecture theatre downstairs whilst doing the case. The case was tricky as the calculus occupied most of an anterior calyx making it difficult to get from the calyx into the renal pelvis to dilate the tract. Dr Reicher did the second case using the Nephromax balloon to dilate the tract and I videoed. https://www.whichmedicaldevice.com/by...
