Address customer objections and consider alternative pricing options and timing before deciding to proceed with the deal. 6. Whenever possible, deliver the proposal in person, or use a video email to explain its components and provide context. 7. Agree on the next steps with the buyer, track email opens, and promptly follow up on buying signals to improve deal closure rates. Avoid pressure and provide helpful information to engage clients effectively. 8. Successfully close the deal by obtaining the client's signature on the proposal.
