The CUBE Cargo Sport Hybrid is a sporty box bike with a suspension fork that can handle up to two children in the front, and maneuver like a traditional bicycle on two wheels vs. three. Bike weight and cargo weight is low and center for stability. larger 27.5" x 2.4" rear wheel adds comfort. All hardware is aluminum alloy vs. steel, so it won't rust and weighs less. Thoughtfully designed passenger seats, rain cover, and double battery options expand the possibilities. Available with a 10-speed Shimano Deore drivetrain (this is the Sport model) or Enviolo CVT for the standard model. Both versions can be outfitted with one or two battery packs for increased range, and there's an extra mount for adding a bottle cage or other accessory that is't compromised. Long 430mm seat post and telescoping height stem provide a wide range of fit options. The mid-step frame is approachable but still very stiff. The bike doesn't flex as much as many two wheel long tail cargo bikes I've reviewed but it is heavier overall. Sturdy double-leg kickstand makes loading stable but springs up easily as you take off. Long mountain bike style handlebar and Viscoset headset smooths out turns. Integrated lights, reflective puncture-resistant tires, and wide plastic fenders help keep you clean and safe. Strong Bosch Cargo Line motor is perfect for hauling cargo, but also provides shift detection to reduce drivetrain wear. The bike is long and low for stability, but this means it can be difficult to transport and more prone to undercarriage strikes when riding over tall obstacles. Upgraded ebike specific hydraulic disc brakes are perfect for a bike this size. Fewer accessories and lower weight capacity than some competing products. 0:00 Introduction, main difference between regular and sport model 1:12 Optional dual-battery configuration, battery and motor intro 1:31 Brake details, ebike specific Magura hydraulic disc 180/203mm 2:11 Rims, wheel size (20" front, 27.5" rear), tires, weight 3:20 Suspension fork details: SR Suntour Mobi 80mm, lockout, preload 3:32 Front box capacity, option child seats, optional rain cover 4:11 Optional ACID Carrier SIC 27.5 RILink rear rack, ACID 75mm fenders 4:47 Crank arms 170mm, pedals resin with rubber tread, mountain inspired 5:19 The bike fits through standard doors 29.5" wide, Viscoset headset 5:47 Locking ergonomic grips, basic flick bell, telescoping speedlifter 6:15 Extra long 430mm alloy seat post 30.9mm diameter, sporty saddle 6:54 Almost everything on the bike is aluminum alloy vs. steel, dealers 7:50 Motor placement, weight, and controller measurements, 120+ RPM 8:54 Mounting point for aftermarket frame lock, basic ABUS Amparo keyset 9:20 Wide fenders but no chain cover, EPP foam box, battery removal 10:54 Battery capacity stats 36v 13.4ah, Bosch 4 amp battery charger 11:33 Re-mounting the battery pack, charge port position, bottle mounts 12:24 Seat post has height markings, lights demo (front and rear) 13:33 Considerations: long and heavy, shop support, low ground clearance 15:03 Bosch Intuvia display power-on and menu walkthrough, Micro-USB port 17:48 Walk mode demo, limited turning radius, kickstand demo 18:32 Ride test beings with first person handheld shots, toe strike 19:34 My thoughts on motor noise, motor offers high RPM 120+ support 20:00 Motor and drivetrain closeup riding shots, shifting gears 22:01 Outro and site resources: local shops, comparison tools, forums Full review with specs and comparison tool: https://electricbikereview.com/cube/c... → Become a Subscriber: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_... → Instagram: / ebikereview → Facebook: / electricbikereview → Website: https://electricbikereview.com/ → My Channel Home Page: / electricbikereview → This is the first accessory I add to any electric bike: https://amzn.to/3aX2dKD → As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. *If my video review was helpful, please give it a "thumbs up" and consider subscribing.* Disclaimer: Due to factors beyond the control of EBR, I cannot guarantee against improper use or unauthorized modifications of this information.
