DIY Poor Mans Ironworker Part 2 - Uni-body Leveling Mobile Base

This is part 2 of our DIY Poor mans Ironworker build. Check the playlists for other videos in this series. In this one we are building a mobile cart or base wiht adjustable leveling feet so we can really dial in the height to perfectly match the edge of our welding table.. We used some 1-1/4" threaded rod and nuts to create the leveling feet, along with some roller bearing guides that we purchased from harbor freight. Here is the playlist for all of hte videos in this series.    • DIY IRONWORKER BUILD   We are ultimately going to be using a harbor freight trailer jack and pipe threader to provide the linear actuation of the knife cutting action. You obviously could do a hydraulic jack or some other type of air or electric over hydraulic to provide the pressure. DIY Metal Cutter.
