The 2022 modular building is the Boutique Hotel (10297) and I am absolutely blown away by this set! What a great addition to the Modular Buildings Collection and a wonderful 15th year anniversary set. It contains 3066 pieces and will be available starting on January 1st, 2022. I was initially so shocked at the unique shape of this set, since all the previous modulars are (mostly) symmetrical but I love that this one is unique. The size of the modular is the same as all the others (fits on one baseplate), but instead of the hotel taking up the entire baseplate, there is a smaller Art Gallery to the side (El Cubo Fine Art). The modular buildings all come with fascinating stories provided through the instructions. The notes included in the instructions really help to bring this set to life and gives it a lot more character once we learn the backstory as well as the ins and outs of the many details contained inside.
