This intense and highly effective routine is perfect for targeting your core, especially your abs and obliques. Get a smaller waist in just 5 minutes! Keep in mind your abs must be engaged the entire workout! Do not compromise form over reps, and make sure you keep your body elevated as much as you can. You won't need any equipment for this workout. Only a bit of space and the will to survive! ;) Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest, and after 5 exercises targeting one side of the body, we switch over to the other side and repeat the exercises. No quitting is allowed!
