Why Your Samsung Washer Is Off-Balance (and How to Fix It)

In this video, I'll show you how to fix a Samsung Front Load Washer that's off balance and needs replacement shocks. This is a common problem that can be easily fixed by replacing all 4 shocks, with some tips on how to save several hundred dollars doing the work yourself! This video is part 2, with part 1 helping you determine that this is the actual issue that needs repairs. A front shock and a rear shock. I did not use these and did not order mine from Samsung, but here is the info from Samsung directly. https://samsungpartsusa.com/products/... Samsung DC66-00470A Washer Shock Absorber $72.40 EACH (You need 2, for the left and right side FRONT) https://samsungpartsusa.com/products/... Samsung DC66-00470B Washer Shock Absorber $47.20 EACH (You need 2, for the left and right side REAR) After inspecting and looking at diagrams, measurements and reviews of these parts, I determined I should be able to use the back shocks on the front side as well. I also found the back shocks at a much better price from PartsDr.Com https://partsdr.com/part/dc66-00470b-... Shock Damper (Rear) By Samsung $27.67 EACH (I ordered 4 total) This solution worked for me, and my washer has now run over 14 loads perfectly without issue.
