KWK 64 Re-imagined Sign Off (Circa 1973)

KWK 64 was usually the only station that stayed on around this late, usually until 11:20. Around this time KWK had some pretty bad equipment, and their telecine machines weren't very good. Older prints of syndicates shows were more prone to failure, but despite all these faults happening the issues were not persistent, and would only happen on certain occasions, such as one of the sprocket holes being damaged. Anyway, this sign off was recorded during May 1973, and I presume the reason this recording is in black and white is due to tape damage. KWK also used to air The Saint a lot back in the 70s, but unfortunately for those Simon Templar Fans, KWK lost the rights to air the show around 1994, but even before then KWK started producing VHS Releases of the show. In short the station was the most popular in the Flashville area during the 20th to Early 21st century. Now KWK is still independent, but they now have a sister station, KXK, which is affiliated with MyNetworkTV and operates on channel 36. KWK is still watched, just not as much as they used to.
