The homes here are in nice communities, they’re decent sized and low-priced relative to some surrounding suburbs. Carol Stream is close to many key town and centrally located. You’ll find that Carol Stream, while it is not as glamourous as Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, is one of the most affordable and nicest communities in the Chicago area. In this video, we’ll look at 3 homes in 3 different price ranges. All three of them are really spacious and different. A big reason for this is because the community is established and almost fully developed as any in Chicago area. You’ll find a lot of quiet communities with large trees and bushes. A very pretty spot! Carol Stream is south of Schaumburg business district and shopping. North of Naperville and all the entertainment and dining within 20 minutes or so. Carol Stream is also a great bike and walking friendly community for those who enjoy the outdoors. We Chicagoans do enjoy non-winter months!
