The North Worcestershire Path - Part 2 | Hagley to Major’s Green | West to East

The North Worcestershire Path runs eastwards for 35 miles from Bewdley on the banks of the River Severn to Major’s Green on the south-eastern outskirts of Birmingham. It passes through four beautiful country parks: Kingsford Forest Park, with woods & Kinver Edge. Clent Hills Country Park, with Four Stones & Walton Hill. Waseley Hills Country Park, with Windmill Hill. Lickey Hills Country Park, with Beacon Hill. I walked the whole of the North Worcestershire Path, which took me three consecutive days to complete. I walked in an easterly direction and my daily schedule was:- Day 1 - Bewdley to Blakeshall, 8.9 miles (camped off-route in Wolverley). Day 2 - Blakeshall to Rubery, 15.5 miles (stayed off-route in Rubery, Birmingham). Day 3 - Rubery to Major’s Green, 10.6 miles. I have broken my journey into two separate videos:- Part 1, Bewdley to Hagley Hall, Day 1 and part of Day 2, This video covers the route from the start of the walk at Bewdley to the half way point at the entrance to Hagley Hall. Part 2, Hagley Hall to Major’s Green, part of Day 2 and Day 3 (this video), This video covers the route from the half way point at the entrance to Hagley Hall to the end of the Way at Major’s Green near Shirley on the south-eastern outskirts of Birmingham.
