Another car camping video, in a Toyota Yaris Verso this time. This one sleeps two (medium sized) people. It is easy to assemble and can be taken apart for storage. Also, the car is fully functional with the bed folded away and all 4 seats can still be used. The bed is very comfortable. I hope you enjoy or are able to get some inspiration from the video. If so, please consider to like, comment or subscribe! additional information: Filmed on Pixel 6a The measurements: So you could look at the frame as one "box" in the back, which is connected to a sup frame in the front. For the "box" the outside measurements are height 48 cm, width 41cm and dept 96 cm. I give outside measurements because you might have different diameter tubing (mine are 27 mm aluminium tubes) and different connectors. Also, it is important to make sure it is possible to bolt it to the floor like I did in the video, so measurements might differ a little to make it fit well. This worked of me. The "box" or back part of the frame is connected to the front part by three 115 cm tubes. The front frame had the same width (96 cm) but is a bit higher. I would advise to make it so it fits with the seats folded down into the floor. I did not do this, but I will change this because it gives much more support and a lot more space for you stuff, which will be easier to get to as well. Lastly, the wood consists of 3 panels of about 45 by 122 cm and one panel of about 50 by 122 cm. These have measurements/shapes which are had to describe, but I would advise to make them out of cardboard first anyway as it takes some tweeking to get it right, and it depends a lot on the height of the frame. After using it, it would be nice to have the bed a little lower, but you would and up with less space for storage and a shorter bed. With the measurements above, the bed should be about 185-190 cm in length. Please take all these measurements as a guideline and not as the exact way it should be done. If you have any more questions I'll try to help the best I can. I will also make a video with upgrades later, but it might take a while...
