Ingredients: Ingredients: • 500g beef • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp ground coriander • 1 tsp ground paprika • ½ tsp ground black pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • Juice of 1 lemon • Salt to taste • 1 tsp chilli pepper • carrot • cabbage For the sauce: • 5 tbsp mayonnaise • 3 tbsp ketchup • 1 lemon juice • 2 tsp sugar or lemon • 1 tsp chilli powder Method : 1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef with olive oil, coriander, paprika, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well, cover, and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours 2. Prepare your veggies: Peel carrots and grate Soak cabbage in salt and vinegar water for 5minutes, then rinse and thinly slice. Set aside 3. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, lemon juice, and chili powder Set aside 4. Cook the Beef: Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes, until it's browned and cooked through. 5. Assemble the Shawarma: Spread a generous layer of sauce, and layer the cooked beef on top.
