To give the credits where it's due, I managed to get my hands on the Resident Evil 2 demo and prototypes, I have then extracted all the backgrounds of the Streets of Raccoon City using a software called BSSM. It's a really handy tool, I think the creator is someone called Leo2236 so thanks a lot to him.
