hello youtubers 🌷 my name is Ginevra and today we're going to make these adorable red heart cookies, perfect for Valentine’s Day and super easy to decorate with white chocolate 🫶🏻 I saw the idea of making heart-shaped cookies with the little legs and cute face from @pitchathan on IG → / dtxg0giijjt 🥺💘 if you enjoyed the video, don’t forget to hit the like button and subscribe for more! let me know in the comments if you’ll try this recipe—I’d love to hear how it goes! thank you sooooo much for watching ♡ hope to see you on the next one, bye! 🌷 make sure to subscribe so you won’t miss anything! → / @ginevradp 🌷 you can also find me on IG → / about.gine ––––––– 🇬🇧 ingredients: • 330 gr all-purpose flour • 30 gr cornstarch • 20 gr cocoa powder • 125 gr powdered sugar • 2 eggs • 150 gr butter (I used margarine) • 3 tsp red food colouring • 1 tsp vanilla extract • a pinch of salt instructions: 1. in a bowl, sift the flour together with the cocoa powder, powdered sugar and cornstarch, then add a pinch of salt 2. in another bowl, work the cold margarine cut into pieces with the egg 3. add the vanilla extract and the red food coloring, then quickly mix until combined 4. gradually incorporate the sifted dry ingredients, without overworking the dough 5. shape the dough into a log, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes 6. roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4-5 mm, then cut out the cookies using cookie cutters 7. place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and chill again for 10-15 minutes 8. bake in a preheated static oven at 175°C for about 12 minutes 🇮🇹 ingredienti: • 330 gr farina 00 • 30 gr amido di mais • 20 gr cacao amaro • 125 gr zucchero a velo • 2 uova • 150 gr burro (io ho usato la margarina) • 3 cucchiaini di colorante alimentare rosso • 1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia • un pizzico di sale procedimento: 1. in una ciotola setaccia la farina insieme al cacao, lo zucchero a velo e l’amido di mais, quindi aggiungi un pizzico di sale 2. in un’altra ciotola lavora la margarina fredda a pezzetti con l'uovo 3. aggiungi l’estratto di vaniglia e il colorante alimentare rosso, quindi mescola velocemente fino ad amalgamare 4. incorpora poco alla volta le polveri setacciate, senza lavorare troppo l’impasto 5. forma un panetto, avvolgilo nella pellicola e lascia riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti 6. stendi l’impasto fino a uno spessore di circa 4-5 mm, quindi ritaglia i biscotti con le formine 7. disponi i biscotti su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e rimetti in frigo 10-15 minuti 8. cuoci in forno statico preriscaldato a 175°C per circa 12 minuti ––––––– music tracks are by ♪ stream cafe - cute & relaxing music link: • stream cafe - cute & relaxing music ✿ (1 h... #valentinesday #heartcookies #whitechocolate #valentinesdaycookies #valentinesdaygift #easyrecipe #homebaking #nofusscooking #quickrecipe #creativebaking #aestheticbaking #relax #cookingasmr #asmr #cozyaesthetic
