North America from the Far North to the Utah Desert, from the Rockies to Death Valley contains sites on the scale of this continent. 👉 Did you like this film? So subscribe! It's here 👉 https://bit.ly/3QFFyTr 🙏 A great North among the oldest on Earth if not the oldest as Don Francis hopes to confirm. Then after living together with the future Europe, North America gained its independence when the North Atlantic Ocean opened up. Mountains common to these two continents were found partly on one shore and partly on the other and Paul Olsen compares them. When they separated, the two continents took on board their share of dinosaurs. Species which have evolved each in their own way, but for North Americans, the “Great Plains” are an ideal cemetery of giants. Pushed by the Atlantic, the continent collides with the Pacific. Result, mountains: Sierra Nevada, Rockies, Allen Glazner ignores erosion to imagine what these colossi were during their formation. But North America is a living continent. At its heart, the Yellowstone volcano spews fumaroles and geysers before, who knows, erupting under the watchful eye of National Park geologist Henry Heasler and Jamie Farrell's sensors. But certainly closer to the rupture is the San Andrea fault which is tearing apart the Western United States... Soon on a geological scale Los Angeles could be an island off the coast of San Francisco. Director: Alexis de Favitski © THE COMPAGNIE DES TAXI-BROUSSE - 2014
