Raw and cut but not modified. While editing, I felt the urge to make the video funnier, but I realized that doing so would take away from the real message. So, I kept it as authentic as possible. In this episode I talk about confidence, what it means to me, why I lacked it when I was younger, and what changed in the duration from then to now in building my confidence today. The first step to having confidence is understanding why you don’t have it and for me it began with comparison and feeling the need to fit into a world that I wasn’t called to fit into. I break down my journey to confidence into three parts, letting go of comparison, finding who I was through God, and practicing self-care with the understanding of self-love. I pray that this episode reaches the hearts of those who need it.
