In this video, I did a complete disassembly, repair and assembly of the Honda Dio 34 scooter engine with my own hands! After finding oil in the crankcase, I had to do serious maintenance, and here's what was done: Cylinder boring and piston replacement - restoring geometry and compression. Replacing crankshaft and oil pump seals - eliminating oil leaks. Adjusting the enricher (starting device) - so that the scooter starts confidently when cold. Cleaning all parts - the crankcase, head, variator are treated with aquablasting (like new!). Transmission maintenance - disassembly, lubrication, checking all components. Plastic repair - soldered cracks, restored body parts.
