He has shared his struggles to overcome the loss of his parents, the pain of enduring anger, and the trauma of growing up disconnected from his own emotions John Cole is a retired Coast Guard officer who spent the majority of his life feeling constrained by stories that he believed were true. Embarking on a journey of self-discovery, he found himself challenging every aspect of his life - from his earliest childhood memories to his present personal relationships. It was only when he recognized, and accepted, his own self-worth that he was able to stand in his own power to control his own narrative. The results have truly changed his life.
