Turing Machine-IA Lego Mindstorms

The Turing Machine is a theoretical machine used to test algorithms on; we decided to build one out of Lego! The cells are represented by the plastic flippy pieces on the tape, either in state one or zero. The algorithm was written using Matlab and enables the user to create and test algorithms of their own using predefined commands that they would use in a real Turing Machine. Shown is how we add 2 and 3 (represented by 3 1's and 4 1's respectively, separated by a 0). This algorithm works for any 2 input numbers, limited only by the length of tape.
