Presenters: Nastassia Davis is a registered nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and a mother of four. She is the owner of Latch Breastfeeding and Lactation services and founder of The Perinatal Health Equity Foundation, a non-profit advocacy and support organization dedicated to eliminating racial disparities in Black infant and maternal health. In addition to her public health commitments, Nastassia serves as assistant professor of Nursing at Montclair State University. Melanie Hutton is a Certified Lactation Counselor and Birth Doula with over eight years of experience in maternity units, intervention programs, and healthcare centers. She facilitates group meetings and offers individual counseling to families in need.
