How much do you care what other people think of you?

How much do you care about what other people think of you? and how much do you let the holds you back? I used to care so much I couldn't leave the house without full make up... and there was a time where I never went out to socialize or meet new people and tried moving around to a different town or city trying to run away from people I used to know .. But I realized how much I was giving power to people by fearing their judgement.. and how much it actually doesn't matter what they think or say.... life is too short to live in fear! Do you fear what other people think of you? or hold yourself back from doing certain things or sharing your thoughts or opinions?
