Good morning, we’re in the operating room today and I want to walk you through a really interesting case. We’re performing a breast lift on a patient who has very loose, deflated breasts that have fallen to the sides. She’s not interested in adding implants, so we’re going with a breast lift without implants. The goal is to reshape and reposition the breast using her own natural tissue, which is what we call an autologous breast lift. We’re going to remove the excess skin, preserve as much healthy breast tissue as possible, and reinforce it using mesh for extra long-term support. This is a great example of breast reshaping that doesn’t rely on implants to restore youthful volume. If you’re looking for breast lift before and after results that reflect natural beauty and lasting support, this technique is an excellent choice. Right now, we’re about halfway through one side. What you’re seeing here is the outer layer of breast skin that will eventually be wrapped around what we’re essentially creating as a soft internal breast mound. That mound is made entirely from her own tissue. Instead of inserting an implant, we’re sculpting and securing her existing breast tissue into a shape that mimics the natural contour of a fuller, lifted breast. This method of breast lift surgery helps maintain a very natural feel and look, while avoiding the need for any foreign material inside the breast itself. To support this internal lift, we’re using a surgical mesh that acts almost like an internal bra. It reinforces the shape and provides added support where gravity used to pull everything downward. This is especially important in cases where the skin has been stretched or thinned over time, and it gives the autologous breast lift long-lasting results. Now I’ve finished reshaping and re-securing everything on the first side. I always like to sit the patient up at this point, even under anesthesia, just to see how the new shape holds and make sure everything looks symmetrical and natural. The beauty of this technique is that everything you’re seeing, every curve, every contour, is created from her own body. Nothing synthetic is used to give her volume, just carefully repositioned tissue and precise skin tightening. This one side is looking really nice, but I think it’s still a bit larger than the other. That’s totally normal, and part of why I always take this extra step to re-check. We’ll sit her back down, make a few adjustments by removing just a bit more tissue, and then do the same thing on the other side. When it’s done, she’ll have a natural looking, lifted result, breast lift before and after images that show what’s possible without implants, using only her own reshaped tissue. This type of breast lift is ideal for women who want a more youthful appearance but want to avoid implants or synthetic materials.
