And we are super EXCITED to show you the different sides to the country from the crazy but exhilarating capital Kathmandu, to the lush jungles of Chitwan, to the ancient lake in Pokhara, to the calm countryside of Nagarkort with panoramic views of the Himalayas - all in just 9 days!!! In this video (Part One), we will be starting off in Kathmandu followed by one of our new favourite places in Nepal... Chitwan. Our tips: ⭐If you are a British national like us, you MUST have a travel/tourist visa when visiting Nepal - we believe this goes to most nationalities so we would highly recommend for you to check this with your governmental foreign advice website or check directly on the Nepal immigration website: https://immigration.gov.np/en/page/to.... As highlighted in this video, we actually applied for our tourist visa in advance online but it turned out to be the wrong application. Luckily, we were able to apply again at the airport - we weren't the only ones who filled out the wrong ones LOL! ⭐Get a guide - for the places that we visited, we were glad we booked this trip with a tour. It was just so much easier, we saw the main highlights of Nepal and we just enjoyed the full experience of the country without the hassle of finding the correct buses, getting a taxi or flights or whatever.
