This is a more updated version because the person posted more clips. Credits to @smutss4sisi for recording these from heyimrue's livestream. Earlier today, heyimrue, known for being Tommyinnit's roommate and Caitibugzz's best friend, went on a livestream where she talks about someone, who people believe is Wilbur Soot, and his bad behaviour. I compiled the clips in this video and fixed the weird pitch up audio from the original clips. That's why parts sound robotic. Take note, there is no evidence for any of these claims atm and as of writing this, Wilbur Soot has not responded.
