Whisk well until the mixture becomes smooth. 2) Add dry ingredients👇 Sieve together maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt. Add this dry mixture to the wet mixture gradually. 3) Add milk & dry fruits👇 Slowly add half cup milk and mix gently to make a smooth, lump-free batter. Fold in the dry fruits. 4) Pour batter👇 Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin. Tap gently to remove air bubbles. 5) Bake on stove👇 Place the cake tin on the stand inside the preheated kadhai. Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 35–40 minutes. 6) Check doneness👇 Insert a toothpick.
