The big issue today is whether or not those body-scanners at the airport that basically show a nude photograph of you going through security are constitutional. No! And the pat-downs are not constitutional either. It's a violation of your fourth amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, to be subjected to that. But here's the bottom line: You don't have a right to get on an airplane! If you don't have a right to get on an airplane and it's a privilege, you've got to obey their preconditions. And at the end of the day, national security trumps your individual right to just willy-nilly get on a plane!
