And of course, we were treated as kind as you could possibly imagine. They stopped what they were doing so that they could best take care of their unannounced random guests (us). We had a lovely time learning about their lifestyle as well as some of the difficulties they've faced in recent years, as with most people in Iraq. And of course, they treated us to tea and delicious snacks. We did seem to be a form of entertainment for them as well, at least, I'd like to think so 😊 Much more IRAQ content on my channel.
