🌿 This Reset Session focuses on chronic contemplation, and moving through it. The Reset Sessions are a guided wellness series that focus on intentional habit building. They help you to you slow down, reflect, and make meaningful changes — not through quick tips, but through intentional time and self-exploration. In this session, Chronic Contemplation, we discuss what chronic contemplation is (getting stuck in the 'thinking about it phase'), how to move through it, and getting a next step on your calendar to help move you forward. This video is for you if: You want to move towards achieving your goal, making the decision, doing the thing you said you'd do You want some guidance around moving out of the contemplation phase You want depth and clarity around exploring why you are in this phase You want to understand where you're at, and prepare to move forward You’re willing to set aside time to reflect, plan, and be intentional 🕰 Time commitment: This is a 40 minute guided session. For the best experience, set aside quiet time and bring a journal or notebook to reflect alongside the prompts and planning structure. ✨ What you’ll experience: A short grounding practice to help you settle in Reflection questions to explore what you have been chronically contemplating The 3 most common fears & blocks that keep us in this stage Gentle guidance, clear structures, and steps for you to explore and move through understanding your contemplation One next step that you can take with you A calming closing meditation to help you transition back into your day Thinking and planning are important, but getting stuck in that can feel hard to transition out of.
