Sarah's Tip of the Day: Up first: A healthy, flavorful, easy take on homemade veggie burgers! The secret for these guys is in the sauce -- a yogurt, curry powder, and lime juice sauce to be exact. It does double-duty as a burger ingredient and a condiment. The other ingredients you'll need to make the burgers are chickpeas, scallions, cooked rice, shredded carrot, breadcrumbs, cilantro, and olive oil. Serve these perfect patties with a side salad or inside a pita. Tune in to the video to see me demonstrate my patty-making technique.
