The Psychology of Massage Ethics which includes transference, counter-transference, dual relationships, professional boundaries and avoiding advising and counseling clients will be discussed. Spa / Clinic Employee Ethics includes how to be a team player and conduct yourself in the workplace and with other employees and the employer. Finally, different Ethical scenarios will be discussed and resolved to help the student grasp real-life-experience problems and solutions for many common scenarios that occur as an independent contractor and an employee.
