NINJA GAIDEN 2 Black Playlist: • NINJA GAIDEN 2 Black Chapter 7 introduces quite a few new things. First, they brough back the imp enemy from the original Ninja Gaiden. They can be incredibly annoying in this because a lot of their combos break your guard, and they can dive underground, making it impossible to hit them until they pop back up for a throw or an attack. When I go up a big group of them, I usually try to eliminate one or two as quickly as I can, otherwise they can easily overwhelm you. They also give you three (!) new weapons in this chapter to fully complete Ryu's arsenal: the kusari-gama, tonfas, and finally, the Eclipse Sycthe. I love using all three of them, so now I just have to worry about affording all of the upgrades. Volf has a few openings that let you get a guaranteed combo. One after he does his 360 scythe spin, another after he misses a grab, another when he does his taunt, and at least with some weapons, you can counter-attack his punch combo.
