Damon's ex-runabout does Mountain Ring

The Mountain Ring is a fictitious conversion track I came across a few weeks ago. It was one of the circuits I used to set up the FW16 - hence the current video. Pretty and easy to learn, it was created by shin956 and may be downloaded from Assetto World at https://www.assettoworld.com/track/mo... The Williams is a freebie from ASR and has quickly become one of my favourite Assetto Corsa cars. As seems to happen so often, however, it is let down by its less than authentic V10 engine sound. Still, it shouldn't be too difficult to find an alternate sound emulation from another car of the period. For those who are interested, the FW16 may be obtained from https://www.asrformula.com/mods/asset... I would recommend downloading the FW14 from the same source. This was the Nigel Mansell car. It's another gem, with the added bonus that its engine sound is far superior to that of the FW16. Thanks for looking in.
