Chicken Fried Rice | Stir Fried Chicken Rice | Stir Fry Chicken Rice | Chicken Fried Rice Recipe | Restaurant Style Chicken Fried Rice | Quick and Easy Chicken Fried Rice | How to make Chicken Fried Rice | Chicken Fried Rice By Spice Eats | Stir Fry Rice With Chicken Ingredients for the Stir Fried Chicken Rice : (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Boneless Chicken - 250 gms. (cut into 2” long thin long strips) Cooked Rice (day old, kept in the fridge) - 4 US cups (made from 1 US cup or 180 gms of white rice ) Tempering: Garlic, fine sliced- 6 cloves (around 2 tsp) Vegetables: Carrots, julienned- 1 cup (50 gms) Red peppers (capsicum) julienned- 1 cup (50 gms) Green peppers (capsicum) julienned- 1 cup (50 gms) Other Ingredients: Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp Dark Soy sauce - 3 tsp White Vinegar- 1 tsp Salt- 1/2 tsp and a pinch for seasoning Spring onion greens chopped - 3 tbsp White oil- 2 tbsp Preparation: Wash and pat dry the boneless chicken pieces and cut into thin 2” long strips. Set aside. Slice the carrots and the peppers. Fine slice the garlic cloves and cut the spring onion greens into small pieces. Process: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and add the slices of garlic. Give a stir and fry it on high heat for around 30 secs. Add the chicken strips and stir fry on high heat for 1 min till they turn white. Now add the salt & pepper powder, mix and stir fry for around 2-3 mins on high heat till the strips are browned. Add 1 tsp soy sauce, mix and stir fry the chicken for 2 mins on medium heat. Add the julienned carrots and peppers, add a pinch of pepper powder & salt, mix and stir fry for 2 min. Add the rice and mix with the chicken and veggies. Season with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Give it a mix. Add 1 tsp of white vinegar and 2 tsp of dark soy sauce. Toss and fry 2 mins on medium heat. Add the spring onion greens.
