In the early days, they were a very poor family until they discovered their talent for making Wine and Porto. They became famous all over the country and started to build massive wealth, with this newly created wealth they build an enormous mansion for the family in 1932. They all lived here until 2008 when only the mother of the family was left, but then the worst that could happen happened. In July 2008 a storm hit the mansion and made it unlivable, without a roof above her head the woman decided to spend the last years of her life in the local monastery serving as a nun. She visited the mansion regularly in the years after its destruction...
