This classic Tool Tote is made from strong, lightweight, kiln-dried Poplar with a very tough Birch plywood base. Features a nicely tapered carrying handle, a substantial main bin with a smoothly sliding small-parts compartment and a removable lower drawer that uses a clever wooden rotating lock tab to prevent it from accidentally sliding all the way out. The beautiful clear lacquer finish is smooth to the touch and scratch resistant. Designed here at Garrett Wade; we chose Gerstner as our manufacturing partner for this Tote because we wanted it made here in the USA and because Gerstner has been known since 1906 for making high quality wood cases and boxes for workers and DIY’ers, both amateur and professional.
