The Governor of Bihar, Arif Khan while reacting on the restoration of statehood to Jammu Kashmir said that it is unfortunate that Kashmir suffered a lot due to the participation of India. Now people are suffering for the fault of others as sometimes innocents will have to suffer also in order to set the things right. Arif Khan said that our hearts are weeping as the Kashmir has suffered a lot, but to restore the statehood we have to adapt a proper mechanism and put the situation into normalcy. He said that PM and whole India wants that J&K must re-emerge as a state but we have to set the things right first. Arif Khan also said that all the preparations and arrangements have been kept in place for smooth polls in Bihar.
