This idea is to help U.S. born individuals connect with non U.S. born immigrants. It promotes integration of our society that develops culture over assimilation and exclusion. The proposed presentation asks others to empathize and provide support to non-citizens in understanding and adapting together to the ever changing world. In 2015, 45 million people in the U.S. were foreign-born. We need to learn how to connect together without giving up on each other's heritage and culture. Anna Faith is currently serving as an academic counsellor at Brandman University Monterey campus. She is pursuing her second master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Data analytics. Anna is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and sustainable practices in organizations. Anna’s topic focuses on understanding human connection and embracing the uncertainty.
