Hi! Today I wanted to share a video, an almost real time process, where I show how I created monochromatic botanical illustrations with graphite pencils. I tried to replicate the style of those vintage scientific illustrations. Pencils used: The blue pencils are Staedtler Mars Lumograph graphite pencils, 5B and 7B, these resemble black colored pencils. Derwent Graphic Soft 2B and 3B for light shading.
