Compared to the intimate and compact Hitachidai Stadium (Kashiwa Reysol) I visited the week before, Nissan Stadium offered a more spacious and relaxed experience. Despite an attendance of 24,170, the concourses, restrooms, and seating areas remained comfortable and uncrowded. I watched the match from the second tier of the Main SA stand, which provided a great panoramic view of the entire pitch. One highlight was the fascinating duel between Verdy center-back Hayashi and Marinos striker Uenaka, something you probably wouldn’t catch on TV broadcasts. Tokyo Verdy extended their draw streak to three games, but I hope they keep improving and build momentum for the upcoming matches.
