I made strawberry opera this time~ I was satisfied with the shape since it's much better than the first one :) I covered with leftover white ganache~ and some bubbles appeared T^T You can clean the bubbles by straining it ! This one is sweeter than the original one since I used white chocolate! It doesn't have strong strawberry tastes, but has the scent. +Luxel Hand Mixer Review! I am finally writing the review ! First, it's heavier than the one that I had previously. My arm hurts little when I use it for longer period of time! Also, it makes loud sound. When you want to use level 10, you have to click it for 10 times. However, it's powerful than the previous one so I like it~ Also, love the design! It's pretty! One thing that I disliked is that I cannot keep the body part in the container, only the wire TT I bought this since it has pretty design and better motor power, but hope this review helps to those who are considering to buy one!
