Enhancing CONTRAST & COLOR with Adobe Photoshop | QE

In this quickedit video I‘m enhancing a winter landscape photo by improving contrast and colors using #Adobe #Photoshop for the post processing. Besides that, I wanted to change the sky, so the top portion of it is a lot darker. Most of the editing was done in Adobes camera raw editor, while I used Photoshop with the nik collection plug in to finish the editing. 0:20 Basic Adjustments I started with the lens corrections, then switched the camera profile to Adobe Standard and adjusted the white balance to my liking. Right away I added contrast and increased the whites for more brightness and further contrast. 1:27 Local Adjustments To make the sky more interesting I added a graduated filter over it and dropped the exposure, temperature and texture. For the center I used a radial filter and inside of it simply added shadows to lessen the contrast in this part of the photo. 2:57 Photoshop With the spot healing brush I started to clean up the photo. After that I used different adjustment layers to improve the colors some more. Finally, I used the nik collection plug in to add the polarization effect for a deeper blue throughout the picture.
